Masks

Wearing a mask is no longer required but If you would like staff to wear a mask during your appointment, please let us know before you arrive on-site.

All Patients

If any of the following apply to you or an accompanying support person, please call Intus as you may need to reschedule your appointment:

  • You have or are suspected as having Covid-19

  • You are unwell with any Covid-19 symptoms (cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath)

Procedure Screening

Patients attending Intus for a procedure will be contacted and screened prior to their admission.

You will be asked the following:

  • Have you had Covid?

  • If yes, you will be asked the date of onset.

  • If this date is within 3 weeks of your appointment, you may be asked to move your appointment outside of this time period.

  • If you still have Covid symptoms outside of the 3 week period, you may be asked to move your appointment until you are symptom free.

  • If you are living with anyone who has developed Covid within 7 days of your appointment, we request you complete a RAT test prior to your admission.

  • You have or are suspected as having Covid-19

  • You are unwell with any Covid-19 symptoms (cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath)
